Shipping policy

Dispatch times

 

We dispatch from Auckland Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 12pm NZT typically ship the same day. Orders placed after 12pm, on weekends, or on NZ public holidays will ship the next business day.

 

For made-to-order or limited drop items, dispatch may take 3–5 business days. The estimated dispatch time is shown on each product page.

 

New Zealand shipping

 

NZ Standard (NZ Post tracked): $10, 2–4 business days.

NZ Express (Courier Post tracked): $15, 1–2 business days.

Rural delivery: $13, add 1–2 business days.

Free standard shipping over $150.

 

International shipping

 

Australia (tracked): $25, 5–10 business days.

Rest of World (tracked): $40, 10–21 business days.

 

International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees charged on arrival. We declare the full purchase value on the customs form — we don't mark items as gifts.

 

Tracking

 

Every order ships with tracking. You'll receive a tracking email when the order is dispatched. NZ orders are tracked at nzpost.co.nz; international orders via the carrier link in your dispatch email.

 

Delivery issues

 

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact us at hello@taniwhajacket.com and we'll chase the carrier. Orders that are confirmed lost in transit will be replaced or refunded at no cost to you.

 

Address accuracy

 

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange re-delivery and a second shipping fee will apply.
